Dear Holy Cross Families,
It has been a very busy summer at Holy Cross School! We’ve completed major projects, prioritizing safety and security upgrades.
Here is a list of the work that was done:
• New burglar alarm system installed, with wireless sensors and keypads for direct dispatch of fire, police, or EMS.
• New fire alarm system which will dial to the fire department and they will be dispatched automatically.
• Our front steps are fixed! This required taking the steps out, filling the space underneath, and putting the steps back in place. The contractors did a wonderful job.
• New boiler installed – Students will stay warm and cozy while learning this winter.
Here are new additions to the curriculum:
• Great Minds PhD Science – grades 4-5
• Amplify Science – grades 6-8
• Black Catholic History – grades K-8
• Black History 365 – coming soon, social studies supplement for grades 4-8
